I’m looking for someone practical, reliable and people-oriented to help support my creative business, Emerging Hermit. This is a small, hands-on role supporting me with markets, product preparation and my poetry/creative work. I need someone who can work alongside me and help turn small tasks into practical action. What you’ll help with Markets & Products Prepare products and stock for markets every two weeks. Pack, label and organise products and display materials. Help with market setup and pack down. Assist during markets and interact with customers. Answer basic questions about my products, workshops and creative work. Customer & Opportunity Support Help engage with people at markets. Introduce people to my workshops and other creative offerings. Recognise potential opportunities such as retail contacts, collaborations or workshop participants. Help create a welcoming experience for customers and visitors. Poetry & Creative Projects Help organise and sort through my existing poetry. Assist with organising poems into collections or themes. Help keep track of opportunities to share and present my work. You may have the opportunity to support me at open mic nights. I have a collection of 44 poems in a small book I self published. ----------- I intend to trial some people and if successful, individuals can work on future projects of mine.

We’re looking for an energetic and confident Sales Support Expert to represent a well-established IT services provider (alongside the owner) at a trade show stand during an education conference in Sorrento, Victoria on Thursday 1 May. Time required: 10am - 1pm (3 hours). You’ll be working directly with the business owner to: • Engage school principals and key education staff at the stand • Ask the right questions to identify if they need IT support or services • Capture leads and build an appointment list for follow-up What you’ll need: • Sales confidence and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to quickly understand and explain basic IT support services • A professional, polished approach (you’ll be representing a respected education supplier) • Prior experience at trade shows, in B2B sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
