We require a Handyman with a Hammer drill to attach 4 brackets to a rendered brick wall. We have the brackets, screws, plugs and drill bit. It is to hold up a plant growing around a steel cable which has come out of the wall due to the weight of the plant See photos where Red crosses are noted. - Due date: ASAP
