We have been renting in a three bedroom house and are moving to another house in the same suburb, Portsea. The house was actually rented fully furnished, but we have added a number of things of our own which are the things that need to be moved. Important to note there are no white goods to move like fridges washing machine dryer etc. As it was fully furnished. However, there is one queen size bed, base and mattress. There is also an outdoor timber furniture unit and indoor modular couch etc. There are lots of boxes and other smaller stuff like collapsible chairs, trestle tables, couple of pushbikes. The whole lot could be probably done in one move with a 4.2 meter truck or larger. Requiring driver and truck. I could assist the driver. However, if there are two of you that would be better, but not absolutely necessary. Looking for a 10 am start at the latest and I’m guessing it will be done in four hours or so as we only have to travel 1 km between two houses.
