The shower has two walls of tiles and two walls of glass. The shower screen may need 'sealing' between screen and shower base and top of bath. Also need caulking between bench top and tiles in kitchen, Would probably need to attend property twice. First visit to prepare, second visit to seal/caulk? Parking is available on site. For 2 showers, I need some parts of the shower floor and wall regrouted and sealed. 1 of my showers has a glass panel stuck to the floor with sealant which is coming off. I need the sealant to be redone. There is also sealant near the wall next to the washbasin that needs to be replaced. The color of my sealant near the basin is Magnolia. The colour of the grout is similar.
