Note: Picture provided for reference only, it's very similar but not the actual dresser. Can provide actual pictures later. I know price is very dependent, so looking for quotes atm. I have a 100-ish year old antique dresser/tallboy that needs some love. It has a few splits in the top and back and the drawers are a bit loose and bottoms are separating from the front in places. It's 2 big drawers, 2 half-size side by side, 4 small on top and a mirror mounted in between them.

Looking for someone to touch up the flooring in my house. They mark very easily, especially with liquid, so suspect they need to be sanded down and sealed/finished to make them more durable. Also some gaps and holes in a couple of areas. Photos attached show the wear and tear and a floorplan to indicate the area requiring the repair - open to messages about what may be needed.

Seeking someone to buff/polish roughly 40 square metres of floorboards. (Wormy chestnut) Per the floor plan only the hallway and living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are carpet or tile. Floors were fully sanded back 3 years ago with water based clear coat applied. Floors are in good condition with light scratch marks. I am not seeking perfection. Some marks may remain.
