I am looking to get a small section of our wood floor repaired and refinished. The area under a desk chair has noticeable wear. The finish has worn off and there are some light surface marks but the rest of the floor is in good condition. Ideally we’d like to explore a localised sand and recoat (or a buff and blend) rather than a full room refinish, provided the finish cans be matched well.

We are having our kitchen redone and they are moving the island bench, so we will need to patch the floors. We’d also like to sand and refinish the kitchen and living area which is about 4mx9m of space but the bathroom/laundry will not need to be done as it’s tile

Hi wanted to know if you could quote to refinish an oak table top. Unfortunately my child marked it with what looks like pen and removed the finish in an attempt to clean it with hand sanitizer. It’s a totem road 150. Cannot be restored.

Two adjoining rooms have hardwood floors. We have taken up the carpet and tiles that were covering it and we now want to bring the floors up to the same as the rest of the house. I would like an experienced handyman to reseal/refinish my outdoor wooden table. It is about 1m x 1m x 30cm. It was originally oiled/stained and sealed, but it was about two years ago and the sealing coating is coming off in places. In other words I think this is a minor job, it needs a resealing or refinishing but not a full staining and sealing from scratch. Please note you would need to bring your own materials (oil/sealant/whatever) please. I will add some images to the listing in a little bit so you can see the type of table/extent of job.

We have old lino floors in our kitchen which we want to remove and get back to the wood floor underneath. There is a rubber underlay under the lino which is stuck down. We aren’t removing our kitchen cabinets etc, so it’s really only a 12-15m2 space that needs to be completed. The floor will need to be sanded and refinished. I’ve also included a picture of another room where we had the floor refinished. The wood in the kitchen is the same as this.

We are re-doing our kitchen and have removed the floor tiles. There is original timber flooring through most of the kitchen, with some protruding nails. There is a small area (2sqm) with no existing flooring, but there are structural beam supports. Total kitchen area is approx 2mx4m. Looking for someone to sand and refinish the existing timber floors, and patch the existing hole in the floor.
