In need of a wedding reception stylist/decorator to style the reception on Friday October 16 at Chin Chins, Surry Hills, Sydney. The reception starts at 5.30pm and we’re allowed only an hour for bump in and set up. I’ll need help with collecting items after 11.30pm when the event finishes. Images include a layout of the function room, as well as styling references. Only need styling for the tables to include orb ball lights, table cloths, bud vase florals. I am needing some assistance for an on the day coordinator to set up my wedding reception decor, do final checks of the space and ensure its ready for our arrival. The tasks will involve decorating the tables with candles, flowers, name cards, setting up gift bags (prepacked) and ensuring things are ready at a set time for our arrival. All decor provided with a detailed plan. May require someone to pick up the decor on the way to setting up but TBC. Approx 3 hours of work.
