Can you do this for cheaper? We are a NFP rescuing brumbies and can't afford to be ripped off. Thank you

i have a polaris 250 or 200. used to run fine, now it barely starts and shakes and sounds like its missing. i can start it with spray fuel but after it burns off it dies out. could be a blocked carby. would need it serviced also along with my yamaha . would need a specialist to fix it at my home as i dont have the resources to get it to a shop. - Due date: Flexible
