Find a local print designer in North Moreton Bay

Seeing if anyone can help design and print out a front page newspaper style paper? Wanting specific persons on the print out but look like the front page of a newspaper. Same size also so has to be a big printer I'm gathering. I have a rough design I'd like to use. This is for my daughter's 20th birthday on September 17. I’m looking for an experienced 3D character designer to create an original small character figurine for a commercial product currently in development. The finished model will be approximately 65–70mm tall and needs to be designed specifically for physical 3D printing, with strong, durable construction and no fragile small details. Deliverables required: • Print-ready STL file • Editable/source file (Blender, ZBrush or equivalent) • Front, side and back renders • Colour concept render • Up to 2 revision rounds This is commercial development work, so the successful designer must be comfortable with confidentiality and written IP terms. Full character details and reference images will only be provided privately to the selected designer. Please include examples of previous character/figurine work, particularly models that have actually been 3D printed, your turnaround time, software used and what revisions are included. There may be further character work available if the first design is successful.

I have replaced the colour cartridges on my Epson printer and there is still an issue re the colours that actually print.
