Cleaning robot broke down a few days ago. Need a once off clean.

It seems to run for about 10 minutes then it stops pumping. You can still hear the pump going but it's not pumping through. I've cleaned the filters and backwashed the sand filter. When turned off, it holds the water so there are no leaks. I have to turn it off then back on for it to work for another short period before it stops pumping again. I've attached a small video to show the water just rippling and one to show it pumping when first turned on. Please let me know what the problem could be so I can get it fixed before the pump actually dies on me

Hi, our pool is located in Mt Claremont and looking for someone to check on it, keep it balanced, vacuum it, check equipment & settings, etc. Probably weekly in summer & monthly in winter, but up to your guideance on that. Our backyard swimming pool is particularly dirty at the moment because we had some pavers laid around it and they’ve made a bit of a mess in it. I’m wanting to get a one off pool cleaning by someone who knows what they’re doing and has the equipment and can do things like back washing and checking the water and adding chemicals and whatever else is involved in a proper pool service . Really want it done urgently
