We have a newly installed swimming pool that has not yet been filled. There is a relief/drainage hole at the bottom of the pool to prevent the pool from lifting during heavy rain. Unfortunately, groundwater/drainage water has been continuously coming up through this hole and has left brown/yellowish discolouration and staining on the mosaic tiles, particularly around the lower areas of the pool. We are looking for an experienced pool cleaner who can: Thoroughly clean the entire pool before it is filled Remove the brown/yellowish staining and discolouration from the mosaic tiles Remove any dirt, residue, algae or other contamination caused by the standing water Clean the mosaic tiles without damaging or removing the grout Use appropriate products and cleaning methods suitable for mosaic pool tiles and grout Leave the pool clean and ready to be filled Please note that the staining appears to have come from groundwater/drainage water, so we are looking for someone experienced in removing difficult mineral, soil/rust-type stains from pool tiles rather than just standard pool cleaning.
