Chemicals and treatments

I need someone to clean and sanitize my 2x6 metre balcony. We had a seagull family nest just below it and unfortunately they left a mess ie. a lot of poop. It would need to be pressure washed on both the floor and walls of the edge. There isn't a tap outside, however I'm told the kitchen sink can have a hose attached to it, but in the past I've used a pressure washer that only requires a bucket. This needs to be done properly and the area sanitised as it's obviously a health hazard if the droppings are agitated. The random clutter will be moved out of the way before cleaning as well as swept of leaves.
