My pool has stopped circulating water - the pump motor is humming but not pumping water, likely a capacitor issue. The pool water has also turned green, so i need someone experienced to -: 1. Check and fix the pump/filter motor 2. Scrub and clean the pool walls and floor pool water as it has turned green 3. Backwash or clean the filter once it’s working again. I have all the required chemicals. Pool size is approximately 74000L.
