Hi, we have black mould growing in our bedroom and on clothes in our wardrobe. Pictures show where the mould is currently, it is mainly on the windows, the mould on our clothes has been cleaned off. We had mould on the cornicing/ceiling but washed it off. We'd like mould repellent chemicals to be sprayed. We also have a small problem with flies in the bedroom which may be related The problem relates to a ground floor double-brick flat in with hardwood flooring and the mould and wardrobe is located a south-facing bedroom situated above the building's subterranean car park. The bedroom has mirror sliding wardrobe doors, a sliding door to an ensuite bathroom (no extractor fan, only a window), and half-height sliding windows. In the mornings, the room smells musty, air quality feels stale, and there is condensation on the windows. Black mould is visible on the ceiling plaster and mould appears on clothes in the wardrobe. No other visible signs of moisture, and no history of leaks or plumbing issues. Clothes are sometimes dried indoors. It is unknown if there is sub-floor ventilation. Access to the property is easy, with the flat on the ground floor.

Our airbnb property has cockroaches and needs urgent spraying. The house has been vacated. It is a 3 bedroom free standing single story house. We need someone to come in on Sunday 20th April if possible.

3 bed, 2 bath relatively clean apartment. Serious cockroach problem. E.g. each night I'll go into the kitchen and kill 5-15 roaches. Often found in bathrooms as well. Rarely in bedrooms.

Basic one bed one bathroom living area needs to be sprayed for cockroaches as a preventive measure not a major issue at present
