Find an experienced personal trainer in West End

Hi! I’m looking for a boxing personal trainer for ongoing sessions. Ideally after someone who is available mornings or has a flexible schedule. My main goals are to lose weight, improve overall balance, and build fitness through boxing (pads, drills, footwork, conditioning - open to your style). I’m a beginner–intermediate and keen to do some boxing and make sure I've got good form while doing so. Sessions can be outdoors, at a gym, or at a suitable space - happy to discuss what works best.

I am looking seeking a mature personal trainer to conduct gym inductions and circuit classes in our new our onsite corporate gym. Sessions running consecutively for approximately 30 minutes, per session with no more than 5 persons at a time. The Inductions and Classes will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12pm – 1pm. 30 min each. (There may be some flexibility on the days) The requirements for the personal trainer must be: 1. ABN registered. 2. Insurance minimum of $10 million preferred $20 million. 3. Holds current industry association registration. 4. Pilates Reformer bed trained and certified. * Please do not enquire if you do not fit the above criteria * Rates will be discussed in person.
