The job is to install a 10-metre ledger board along the roofline of the brick wall shown. The board must be fixed directly into the rafters (not the fascia) using reinforced plates or heavy-duty brackets. The house has eaves, so part of the eave sheeting may need to be temporarily removed and reinstalled. All fixings to be galvanised or stainless steel for outdoor use. Assemble an outdoor sofa set (see photo) and a ping pong table (see photo). Also install/hang fairy lights to pergola (see photo). Will need to bring your own ladder as mine isn’t high enough. Looking for someone to dismantle and remove an old timber pergola / patio frame attached to the side of the house. about 5m long and 1.5m wide with 4 steel post. Good Access is via side gate. Let me know how long it would take you and when you can do it. Remove the brackets etc from the wall and not just cut the beams off. All rubbish to be taken away

Pergola does not hold water during heavy rain. See attached photos and video. Unable to get out the side door with getting drenched. Just need it filling. Nothing fancy.
