Task: Identify and fix water leakage from my pergola roof. During rain—especially heavy rain—water drips through the pergola and wets the alfresco/outdoor sitting area. I need someone to inspect the cause (e.g., blocked gutters, gaps in roofing sheets, flashing issues, sealant failure) and repair it. A general clean of the pergola roof and gutters is also required. What you’ll see in the photos: Water droplets forming under the pergola roof and dripping down into the sitting area. I paint the fascia board and window frame regularly but the second storey one is hard to reach as it is over the pergola. Some of the pergola covering may have to removed to put the ladder through. Also may need to replace some timber which I will purchase.
