Pergola needed to replace the flooring/deck. A small job as the area is about 30sqf. Anotger job is to replace the garden door

1. Remove old AC and fill the whole in the wall 2. Remove pergola walls (I just need a roof intact) 3. Minor fixes inside the property e.g. fix one kitchen cupboard door, replace few shelves etc.
