Fix paving tiles.. Inspection

Lay clay pavers (supplied)on compacted sand base to curved footpath, approximately 25sqm

Require regrouting of ~7m2 of outdoor stone pavers down side of house. Existing grout cracking up and washing away (pulls up easily with screwdriver). Gaps are fairly wide at 10-15mm, 30mm at widest adjacent to fence so likely need a wide gap grout.

Have a 5x8m2 area that is mostly prepped for paver tiles (thin pavers 600x400x20) but prep needs finishing then paver tiles need laying. We have paver tiles and will get crusher dust and sand as needed. Need you to finish laying crusher dust to fill remaining area and sand to go over crusher dust. Will need to wheelbarrow materials from front driveway down side path. Paver tiles already at back. Please either quote full amount or per m2 rate (for 40m2).

We require a reliable Tasker to complete two urgent jobs at our investment property ASAP (before end of day Tuesday, July 29 at the latest): ⸻ 1. Rubbish Removal & Disposal • Remove and dispose of three piles of rubbish currently located on the property. See pictures • You must have your own ute, trailer, or appropriate vehicle for transporting the rubbish. • Tip fees will be reimbursed by us where needed. • All rubbish must be taken away 2. Outdoor Paving & Laundry Tub Relocation • Prepare a level base and lay a small paved area, approx. 2 metres x 1 metre. (see pic for laundry plumbing location) • No sand or bedding layer is required — just a basic scrape and level of existing soil for the pavers to sit flat and stable. • You will need to pick up the pavers from Bunnings or another suitable supplier (we will pay for materials or reimburse with receipt). • Once the pavers are laid, relocate the existing laundry tub onto the paved area (no plumbing needed — just physical relocation; plumber to attend later).

The existing topsoil and grass over a 13 m^2 area needs to be dug out to a depth of about 70mm and placed in the skip. The area is going to be paved by others
