About the Job: I’m looking for one or two friendly and reliable people to assist with general hosting and event support at my 40th birthday party. The event will be held outdoors at a local park in Burswood. Tasks include: • Helping with party set up and decorations before guests arrive • Setting up the burger station for guests when the caterer drops off food • Resetting tables between meal and setting up dessert table • Keeping the area tidy (rubbish collection, wiping tables, etc.) • Checking and restocking drinks/ice as needed • Helping with general clean up and pack down at the end All food, drinks, and supplies will be provided — you just need to bring a friendly attitude, initiative, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed! Details: • Date: Saturday 20th December 2025 • Time: 2pm – 8pm (6 hours) Ideal for: Someone with event experience, waitstaff background, or just a reliable, friendly helper who enjoys parties and keeping things running smoothly.

Heating finger food in our kitchen, serving on platters to guests on the patio. Popping dirty dishes in the dishwasher, hand washing platters etc. Probably 3 hrs approx 6:30-9:30pm. (Previous Airtasker pulled out last minute, so I need someone else)

A 21st birthday gathering, strictly a desi no alcohol family event with namaz facilities. Looking for a helper to assist host in kitchen for a 4 hours from 6.30pm to 10.30pm Will involve kitchen duties to platter and bring out food, top up food as required.
