Find a professional organiser in Mosman

I’m currently renovating my Federation-style home in Mosman and looking for a dedicated, highly organised and proactive housekeeper/cleaner to help get my home back in order — and keep it that way. This role involves much more than a standard clean. I need someone who thrives on decluttering, organising, and creating order — from wardrobes to pantries — while also keeping the home beautifully clean on a weekly basis. Initial Tasks: • Deep cleaning post-renovation (dust, paint residue, floors, windows, etc.) • Rubbish removal and coordination with council clean-up (if needed) • Decluttering wardrobes and cupboards • Organising and sorting clothes, drawers, linen • Complete pantry clean-out and reorganisation • Oven, bathroom and window deep clean • Full house clean: 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, common areas, kitchen Ongoing Weekly Tasks: • General housekeeping and thorough cleaning • Bathroom and kitchen maintenance • Dusting, vacuuming (including carpet), mopping floors • Ongoing wardrobe, pantry and home organisation • Support with seasonal decluttering • Laundry folding and linen organisation (as needed) - Window cleaning Ideal Candidate: • Extremely organised and efficient • Has a love for decluttering and systems • Takes initiative and can work without micromanagement • Trustworthy, with references and/or police check preferred • Looking to build a long-term, consistent working relationship Location: Mosman, NSW 2088 Cleaning and Organising Budget: • Weekly Ongoing Cleaning: 6-8 hours per week — $240–$320/week If you’re a natural organiser who finds joy in transforming chaotic spaces and maintaining order, I’d love to hear from you.
