She then left me without a sitter for the remaining four days, creating a major inconvenience. This was an extremely disappointing and inconsiderate experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Nicole. She looked after my 15 month old boy really well. My boy was very happy and relaxed after we get him from Nicole. I would Highly recommend Nicole for Nanny or babysitting.
