You will need to visit this retail store between 9 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday, and enquire about products for your upcoming kitchen renovation. Let the staff lead the conversation and give them every opportunity to serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase. After your visit, complete your online mystery shopping report as soon as possible. You can 'save and resume' the report and finish it once you receive the follow-up. In your mystery shopping report, you will assess the service you received in the store and note if they follow up with you shortly after your visit.
