We manage Chisholm Village Shopping Centre. We would like professional photographs taken of our vacancies, upcoming leasing opportunities and new tenancies at the Centre, that we can advertise on ours and other websites. - Due date: Before Friday, 18 August 2023

By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: ● complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and ● submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. THE PROJECT You will need to visit the pharmacy either today or first thing on Tuesday, assess the presentation of the pharmacy and service that you receive. During this visit, you will need to ask a staff member questions about a specific health scenario that we will provide. HEALTH SCENARIO: Red rash on my 6-year-old child (please do not apply if you are not confident to do the scenario) You will also need to purchase one of the products recommended by the staff member (related to the health scenario). This cost of this purchase will be reimbursed. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the pharmacy from the various staff members that you interact with. Budget for this task is $40 (inclusive of fees). Can't name the specific location of the store for privacy reasons. Happy to answer any questions! Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (lockdown, sickness, etc.) we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being started. You will have 48 hours to complete the training from when it has been emailed to you. I need someone 18-22 years old (must be within this age bracket) to go to a certain store and purchase a product for $5 and report back on our software, you keep the product. This task is to ensure an ID and theft check is conducted. I will need to speak with you for about five minutes before starting. This particular shop would require you heading in to the store any time you'd like between the 23rd - 30th of May. You would need to pretend to have a health issue that we provide (there are a few scenarios you can choose from in the hopes there is one that might relate to you). Then purchase the product/s that the staff member recommends for you. We compensate the full amount of these products on top of the $40 payment.
