Hello! We have an opportunity for you to make visit a gym and provide feedback on your experience. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: Visit the gym and follow the instructions provided. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. Project brief Visit the gym during staffed hours (avoid lunch hours) Mon to Thurs, 10 am to 4pm. Arrive without an appointment and express interest in joining to take a tour of the facilities. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We cannot publicly disclose the exact location, but please mention if you are currently a member of any gyms so we can avoid conflicts of interest. Please note that the training video and knowledge check are preparation for this task. The training will not take more than 15 minutes to complete. If the task is canceled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. PLEASE NOTE: Once you are assigned to the task, you will receive a welcome message containing the training video and knowledge check. ( This takes 15 min to complete) Upon completion, you will need to email the community team to confirm that you have finished the training. They will provide you with a confirmation email and report link for your mystery shop. From that point onward, all correspondence regarding the organization of your mystery shop will be handled by the designated team. However, any questions, queries, or extension requests should continue to be directed to the community team. Training must be completed within 24 hours of assignment. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to go to the club location between Monday - Thursday in the hours of 10am - 4pm (avoiding lunch hours). You need to arrive without an appointment and let the staff know you’re interested in potentially joining and you’d like to look around the facilitates. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the club and any follow-up you receive. Please note if you’ve completed this mystery shop for us before, you cannot mystery shop this club again as they will have your details on file. Budget for this task is $60 inclusive or Airtasker fees.
