I need experienced removalists with a large truck to move the contents of a 3-bedroom home in Ashburton to a storage unit in Clayton South on Tuesday 27 January 2026. This should be a straightforward job due to very easy access at both ends. There’s two of us to also help. Pickup (Ashburton) - Single level home, no steps - Truck can reverse park on the driveway with easy access to the front door - Piano needs to be moved but it will already be on the driveway outside the house at garage. Drop-off (Clayton South storage facility) - Easy truck access with 5.4m clearance height - Truck can be parked directly in front of the storage unit - Literally 0 metres between the truck opening and the storage unit entrance. Storage unit is huge (9m x 7.5m) so furniture can be easily unloaded onto the ground inside without needing to be stacked. Items to move - Standard household furniture and boxes (disassembled where possible) - One 55” and one 75” TV that need careful handling and secure transport - Piano (already outside at pickup) You must provide - Large truck - 2 removalists (or more if you prefer) - Trolleys/dollies, blankets/padding, straps/tie-downs - Ability to protect and secure TVs properly during transport When quoting, please include - All-inclusive fixed price (including travel/callouts/breaks/etc). - Number of movers - Truck size/type - Your commitment and preferred start time / availability window on 27 Jan - Estimated time to complete the job I am not interested in any hidden costs so please provide an all-inclusive price. If you charge by the hour (not preferred) then time starts when you first arrive to when you are done unloading at the other end, paying for breaks is not included. Travel time is maximum 15-20 mins between pickup and unloading locations (there are no tolls) so please consider that in your estimate.
