Update, sorry I have been inundated with questions, so more information. A few hours of weekly cleaning, foyer of unit block. You will have to invoice Body Corporate company so need ABN, insurance etc. Strictly no cash. - Due date: Flexible

It's a 12 unit complex. Small front and back lawn needs mowing. Gardens just need to be maintained. 2 internal stairwells need to be mopped. Pool toilet needs to be cleaned. Under cover parking/ garage needs drains cleared and leaves blown away. It can be done fortnightly. 5hr day.

Downstairs 3 bedrooms and living area/bathroon. Upstairs kitchen and bathroom. All tiled. Need vacuum and mopped this afternoon.
