The fence section has come loose due to nearby excavation works (stormwater trenching). The panels are currently detached and not aligned properly. Scope of works: • Reinstall and properly secure two metal gate/fence panels • Realign posts so gates close correctly • Adjust hinges and latch • Ensure gates open/close smoothly • Re-secure posts into existing concrete footing • Make sure installation is solid and level Important: • Must have experience with metal fencing/gates • Must bring own tools • Must provide tax invoice (ABN required) • Work must be neat and structurally secure Location: Bossley Park NSW Flexible with timing but prefer ASAP.
