I'm looking for someone to reinstall my existing front metal pedestrian gate after new concrete has been poured. The gate was removed to allow the concreting works to be completed. Because the new footpath has a slightly different finished level, the gate will need to be adjusted and rehung so that it: - Opens and closes smoothly - Has adequate clearance over the new concrete - Is level and aligned with the brick pillars The existing hinges, latch and gate will all be reused if possible. The job may require minor adjustment of the hinge position or hardware to suit the new levels. I'd also like the timber fence on the other side of the brick pillar (along the property boundary) inspected and secured. It has started leaning away, so I'm looking for someone who can anchor or brace it back into position if possible. Metal gate seems to snapped at a join just need a weld I think

I need help repairing a metal pedestrian gate. The left gate post has shifted/leaned, causing the gate to sag. As a result, the latch and strike plate are misaligned, and the gate cannot be locked properly.

The front gate needs to be stripped and repainted. I’ve already stripped a section of it on the inside and out, as shown in the phtot— please provide a quote for the job.

The gate open upward to the slope, left side seems drop down scratching the floor, right side the screw come off. So now the door doesn’t close and lock. Need to fix it

I have 3 outdoor metal gates (1 front entrance gate and 2 side gates) that need adjustment. They were all working fine before, but due to minor alignment shifts over time, they’re no longer closing properly. All hinge are same type as pictured. The front gate is now very tight and difficult to operate. The two side gates aren’t closing or latching properly. I need assistance replacing the rotten wood and re-hanging a gate that has collapsed. The wood on each side of the gate that is attached to the fence and the house is completely rotten and needs replacing and re-attaching. The gate will then need to be re-hung and aligned. The gate and each bit of wood that it is attached to are approximately 210cm tall.

Metal Gate no longer closes and jams on the 50mm wide upright, maybe suggest this upright needs to be replaced with a 40mm wide upright to allow room to swing so it can be locked..

A large metal framed barn door off the back of our carport has a failed heavy duty hinge that needs removing and replacing. failed hinge was welded to frame and will likely require something similar as guessing gate weighs >75kgs. see photo - right hand side gate.
