My VW 2012 Passat Alltrack wagon needs to have its head unit replaced to allow using Apple Carplay. Wagon also has a boot handle reverse camera. Several issues: - Several months ago, my van stopped while driving. NRMA and a friend looked at is. It is not the alternator or the starter motor. The nrma said it might be some issues with the fuel pump. Diagnostic test completed (can provide all details.. looks perhaps more like a wiring issues..) - Because I haven't been driving it, the battery is not flat. I purchased a battery charger, however it is not working. Perhaps not enough juice in the battery. The van is located outside my house on the driveway. It is currently not starting. First help is needed is to recharge the battery and then figure out what the other problem is. No face to face contact needed as the van is outside. Price can be talked about depending on if entire problem will be fixed or just the battery issue. Someone else looked at it an dpaid for but could not figure it out.
