Hi, I’m looking for an experienced BMW mechanic/specialist to inspect a 2018 BMW X1 sDrive20i M Sport (F48) at a dealership. I’m travelling from the Northern Territory to buy the car, so I’d really appreciate a thorough and independent inspection before I make the trip. If possible, could you please check: * Engine, B48 turbo, oil filter housing/oil cooler & transmission * BMW diagnostic scan for any current, stored or pending faults * Oil/coolant leaks, cooling system & signs of overheating * Timing chain/system and major engine components * Suspension, steering, bushes & wheel bearings * Brakes, tyres & battery * Electrical systems & A/C * Any signs of accident repairs or underbody damage * Common BMW/F48 issues * Anything expensive that is worn or may need replacing soon * Maintenance likely to be required now or within the next 1–3 years * Items that may not be covered by an extended warranty due to “wear and tear” or maintenance * Approximate repair costs for anything that needs attention Essentially, I’d appreciate everything you would normally check as part of a comprehensive BMW pre-purchase inspection, including anything I may not have specifically listed. Subaru Impreza 2001 Replaced leaking hose and now I need a regas.

I’ll give much details as I can . So 3 days ago I was driving my Audi a3 2016 and accidentally drove past a bump with a knocking sound at the bottom of the car . 2 days ago I was driving the car but it suddenly lost power and when I tried to start the engine again it struggled and couldn’t stay on . There is no any warning light showing on the dashboard . A mechanic came and I was told it’s very likely the issue of spark plug or coil or alternator . 1 day ago i towed the car to a mechanic shop and it was leaking lot of engine oil . And the engine is NOT turning on at all ! I was told the engine has been seized though they didnt thoroughly checked the car yet .
