No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: Visit the gym and follow the instructions provided. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. Project brief Visit the gym during staffed hours (avoid lunch hours). They will provide you with a confirmation email and report link for your mystery shop. However, any questions, queries, or extension requests should continue to be directed to the community team. Training must be completed within 24 hours of assignment.
