I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to visit five bakery locations each month and provide honest, constructive feedback on the customer experience. The purpose of this role is to help us improve our customer service, store presentation and sales processes. Payment: -$60 per completed store audit - Cost of your bakery purchase reimbursed - Opportunity for ongoing monthly work if you’re a good fit What you'll do: -Visit one of our bakeries as a regular customer (staff will not know you're assessing the store). - Purchase an item or two - Observe the customer experience from entry to exit. - Spend a few minutes observing the store after your purchase. - Complete a detailed online questionnaire (approximately 10–15 minutes) after each visit. - Take a few discreet photos of the store and product displays where appropriate. You'll be assessing things such as: - First impressions of the store - Customer greeting - Friendliness and professionalism of the team - Product knowledge - Whether an additional product or promotion was suggested - Whether our loyalty program was mentioned - Store cleanliness and presentation - Product availability and merchandising - Overall customer experience and opportunities for improvement About you: Honest, objective and reliable Excellent attention to detail Comfortable providing clear, constructive written feedback Able to follow instructions and complete reports accurately Own reliable transport, as our stores are located across Melbourne This is intended to be an ongoing monthly task, so I'm looking for someone who can build an understanding of our standards and provide consistent feedback over time.
