By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. THE PROJECT We have a mystery shop available and needs to be completed on or before the due date. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the venue’s facilities and the service you receive. This is a “full experience” mystery shop so you will be required to make a booking a day in advance before your go to the venue, order a meal, a poured drink and assessing an extra area which includes assessing the outdoor area. Budget of this task is $40, inclusive of fees. We'll compensate you for 1x main meal at $35, 2x poured drink at $15 each, and reimbursements in relation to the extra area you are assessing.
