No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: Book a tour at the swim school. Visit the swim school and follow the instructions provided during your visit. Express interest in joining but do not sign up for a membership. Submit an online report, including any necessary materials (receipts for reimbursement, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. PROJECT BRIEF: You’ll be required to express interest in joining and take your child to two swimming lessons (one free trial and one as a member) at your allocated centre. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We cannot publicly disclose the exact location, but please mention if you are currently a member of any swim schools so we can avoid conflicts of interest. Please note that the training video and knowledge check are preparation for this task and will take no more than 15 minutes to complete. If the task is canceled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. Training must be completed within 24 hours of assignment. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video.
