I'm opening up a pasta shop and want to show my pasta products on our front counter so customers can have a visual look at what's available to buy. So I want to preserve our existing pasta (without changing the look or colour) so I can leave it permanently on the front counter without deteriorating. This might require a resin artist, sculptor or someone of similar skill. The products we want to preserve and display are Ravioli, Gnocchi, Cannelloni and Fresh Pasta (Spaghetti, Linguine, Tagliatelle, Lasagne sheets). In total there are 14 products. For each product, we want to have multiple items of it to display. Medium size ravioli: 10 ravioli + 1 cut open Jumbo ravioli: 3 ravioli + 1 cut open Gnocchi: 10 - 15 pieces Fresh pasta: 3 bunches of each type We also want to preserve the subtle differences that some ravioli flavours have, for example in the last photo attached there is a small bit of parsley on the edge of the ravioli.

It needs to meet appropriate building codes and be used for the issue of a building permit and subsequent approvals once work is completed. We are looking for a Mystery Shopper to visit 9 retail stores in Melbourne. (Note that we only used Glen Iris for the location as Airtasker would not allow multiple suburbs, and it is somewhat central- refer below for actual suburbs) Ideally, you are an experienced mystery shopper or have worked in a retail environment with a mystery shopping regime or a retail business with KPIs for their retail team. We are flexible when the visits can be done. Five stores are open 7 days a week and Thursday and Friday nights till 8.00pm, remaining stores are open 9.00 am till 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. Each store visit will take 15-30 minutes. The store visits don’t need to be done on the same day but need to be completed within a few days. The stores are in Bayswater, Knox, Narre Warren, Glen Waverley, Cheltenham, Prahran, Werribee, Doncaster, and Surrey Hills. For your information, depending on the route you choose, there is 174km of distance and 3 hours 45 minutes of driving time. You would be required to attend a product briefing at Croydon before visiting stores (which could be on the same day). This should be an additional 30-60 minutes.
