You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive over the phone, in the club and any follow-up you receive. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task.
