We are looking for a local social media specialist to help build the Facebook and Instagram presence of a small, family-run Labrador breeding program ahead of an upcoming mating and potential litter. We are based in Clyde, Victoria, and want our social media to reflect our ethos: genuine, warm and credible. The content should showcase our dogs, their temperaments, our family environment, and the care that goes into breeding and raising a litter. The initial work would include: • Reviewing our existing Facebook and Instagram accounts • Helping us develop a simple content plan • Visiting our property in Clyde to photograph and film the dogs • Creating short-form videos, Reels, photos and captions • Scheduling approximately three posts per week • Helping document the upcoming mating, pregnancy and litter journey • Guiding us on how to capture useful photos and videos between visits • Ensuring the content sounds like us rather than generic marketing copy We are not looking for an advertising agency or someone who will simply produce Canva graphics. We want a practical, hands-on person who is comfortable around dogs and can turn genuine, everyday moments into engaging social media content. Experience working with animals, breeders, rural businesses, family brands or lifestyle content would be highly regarded. The initial engagement would include an on-site content session and approximately one month of content creation and scheduling. There may be an opportunity for ongoing monthly work if it is a good fit.
