No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: Visit the gym and follow the instructions provided. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. Project brief Visit the gym between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday (avoid lunch hours). Arrive without an appointment and express interest in joining to take a tour of the facilities. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We cannot publicly disclose the exact location, but please mention if you are currently a member of any gyms so we can avoid conflicts of interest. Please note that the training video and knowledge check are preparation for this task. The training will not take more than 15 minutes to complete. If the task is canceled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. PLEASE NOTE: Once you are assigned to the task, you will receive a welcome message containing the training video and knowledge check. ( This takes 15 min to complete) Upon completion, you will need to email the community team to confirm that you have finished the training. They will provide you with a confirmation email and report link for your mystery shop. From that point onward, all correspondence regarding the organization of your mystery shop will be handled by the designated team. However, any questions, queries, or extension requests should continue to be directed to the community team. Training must be completed within 48 hours of assignment.
