If you complete the route earlier you get paid the same, just dont break any orders, drive responsibly. What the job involves: Driving a set delivery route dropping off customer orders (farm-fresh grocery boxes) at homes (roughly 40-50 over 12 hours across Sydney) you get paid when you finish the route.
