Bedroom door handle broken - need it fixed. We got stuck in the bedroom, the handles were unable to open the door. We then unscrewed the handle from the outside to try to open it, but door is still locked.

I have a door that previously had a Lockwood 001 lock fitted. The lock has been removed and I would like to fill and paint the holes that remain. I have paint in the required colour and am happy to paint the door, I just need you to fill and sand the holes. There is another door lock below that I would like to replace with a new smart lock. My preference is for one with a finger print reader, or a fob key, but it also needs a physical key as a backup as well. I intend to use it with a remote access monitor as well, so it needs the Bluetooth wifi bridge as well. If you can please quote for an hour of installation time here, we can discuss the other related costs directly. For example, you can supply the lock, or you can recommend one for me to buy and I will have it ready for you on the install day.

Someone tried to steal my bike. Jammed something in the ignition barrel. Can't put the key in.

The bolt which, when the key is turned in the closed position, should lock and hold the garage door from opening, unfortunately does not do so. Once the door is closed, it can still be opened by pulling lightly on the handle. I think one of the following two things may be causing the lock problem. The first version of the lock mechanism itself works too loose and needs to be adjusted.The second version possibly the problem arose because the bolt had nothing to grab onto to hold the door closed. In this case, it would only be necessary to deepen the hole so that the bolt would have something to catch on.

The old handle has been removed. Need to replace with new handle which needs to be slim on the outside due to a very close security screen door.
