I’ve locked my car keys in my room and my spare room keys in my car need help

Require a new keyless entry fob cut and programmed for a 2020 Mitsubishi ASX. I have the original, but the spare has been lost. I also need you to provide the shell for the new key.

Need locked passenger car door opened. Key does not unlock it. Internal door handle not engaging. (Door trim cannot be removed unless you open the door.) Hi, I need a supply and install for an Automatic Door Closer Installed for an Emergency Exit Door. The Emergency Exit door is metal and the door jamb is wooden. The door doesn't fit inside the door jamb correctly as the previous installers didn't do a good job of installing, so keep that at note. The door jamb above and behind the door is tight in space so keep that in mind. Please refer to images to review the door and contact details

The garage door was only closing half way previously. It looks like something is stuck and it won't close entirely. We were able to manually close the garage but it's not locked securely. I need someone to fix it today.

We have a CARBINE brand digital lock that has broken. The code no longer works (flashes red) and the lock wont shut. We either need this repaired or replaced ASAP - Note - I no longer have the original key or swipe card to this lock If replacing, lock must comply with 1b fire standard (single lever press with no ability to dead lock- at all times only 1 movement must be needed to exit the house)

I have a sliding door for which I don't have keys ( not sure if locks have to be replaced or keys can be made. For one of the door I have keys and the lock turns knob but I guess it doesn't fix into the hole correct hence door opens even when locked. Picture of both attached

I have a side door with a code lock, that is blowing open in the wind. And an outdoor fridge door with magnetic locks, that don’t really work any more.

The front door lock is broken. Turn and it won't open. Need to replace lock.

Lock is loose on back sliding doors. Not sure if it can just be fixed or if a new lock is required. Doors are sliding glass doors with an aluminium frame. Pictures of lock and doors are attached, screw on the inside frame has become loose and nut won't tighten.

Latch on one of my internal doors is stuck in a depressed position so the door isn’t closing properly. I’ve tried to lubricate the lock with WD40 but isn’t moving and I’m not sure how to disassemble it. I don’t have a replacement door handle so please let me know if that’s required as I could collect one from Bunnings today.

Steering wheel is locked and they key won't turn. I replaced the key as I thought the old one might have been worn out but still no luck. The key won't turn so I'm assuming it's an issue with the ignition barrel. The car is a 2006 Nissan X-Trail T30.
