I need a locksmith/handyman to repair 2 internal and 2 external doors: External Door 1. - Broken lock/barrel – lock/barrel is broken and needs to be replaced. advice needed on buying new barrell. External Door 2. - Replace Door handles and part of barrell - using exisinting lock (if possible) Internal Door 3.- Door latch – latch is not moving in or out correctly and needs to be repaired or replaced. Internal Door 3. - handles – reattach existing working door handles. Internal Door 4. - Re-attach existing working door handles. Requirements: Experienced with door locks, latches and handles. Some exisitng handles are working and just need to be securely reattached. Others may need to be replaced - which I can buy. Please include labour and any likely materials in your quote. Door only opens by using the key. The handle turns but the door won’t open - unless simultaneously using the key. Both my partner and I have taken it apart and tried to fix it but no luck!

We have bought 3 vintage style door knobs with long back plate. Polished brass. High quality. One has a lock as its for bathroom. They are replacing similar door knobs. Include screws, also new internal mechanism for the knob with lock as no lock on this previous door.
