A start was made on installing an electric strike release into a metal frame but the guy never came back to complete the job! Need someone with locksmith tools and experience. Cabling and access control not part of this job, it’s purely to mount the lock release mechanism correctly for us.

Old faulty deadbolt was removed and gap filled. We have already purchased the deadbolt (N2Lok forged brass round single cylinder, matte black). Please see the attached photo of the door. This is the front entry door, so it needs to be installed properly by someone experienced with deadbolt installation. We are looking to have this completed this weekend in the afternoon. Install an Aqara U100 smart lock (we will supply) on our front door. Should retain the existing lock. Would require partly cutting into the frame panelling (see pictures).
