Need fixing this smart lock properly. Got it installed today but looks like there is an issue with the latch. It is not working with keys either.

Balcony sliding door handle broke off (inner handle only). I’ll buy a replacement set from Bunnings . Just need someone to help remove the old handle and install the new one — simple screwdriver job. On our existing front doors, move handles (held by 2 screws) up and reinstall them. So we can make space for the new smart lock. Remove current deadbolt and install smart lock. The smart lock will be provided (Yale Assure Lock or similar). No need to cut holes on doors etc.

Does bodycorp need to know anything? It's important I get the lock changed immediately as I'm doing this as someone stole my keys over the weekend and I'm scared they copied them. The last time you dealt with bodycorp, they took forever to get back to me, and I just won't feel safe until I get my lock changed. Currently my lock is just an old school lock that is locked and unlocked with a key. My door is a normal wooden door, I don't know what other information is needed. Feel free to ask. I need a locksmith to help with two tasks at my home. 1) To replace the cylinder in a door lock, and to provide a new key for that cylinder. So that it can be locked by a new key (lock is pictured.
