Would like to replace door lock to a maglock with keypad or swipe. Not sure whats easy but would like to not need to use a key and have access through a keypad or swipe. (we have this on other doors to the office). You will need to supply the equipment (please add in to the quote as necessary).

Please factor this in when quoting. • Fit a passage lever handle set (tubular latch, 60mm backset) supplied separately • Adjust/replace the strike plate on the frame so the bolt throws cleanly and the door closes square • Fill / patch any holes left from previous lock The front door is a solid timber heritage door, so I’d prefer someone comfortable working neatly on older timber and getting the alignment right (the door may have settled slightly over the years). No wiring or power needed — the locks are battery-operated. Photos of existing lock attached (same on both doors) as well as new lock.
