Sarhan was punctual and quick. There was an issue with the bolt as it doesn’t seem secure, and he has said he will come back to replace it. That’s good service in my opinion.

Door to be ordered is 40mm. Adjustments maybe required, existing door measures 2040 x 820 - installation of 3 door hinges that we will provide - preparing the door for smart lock mortise installation - installation of Philips smart lock VP-5HWS-C - preparing door frame with new striker plate as there are currently no holes on it - installation of front door seal - removal of existing brass door striker and patch the frame
