Greetings, Need to replace door lock on a newly purchased unit and have 5 copies of key made. There is also a stubborn add-on lock affixed to a ground floor window. The key does not work, so just need to pop and replace. I was quoted $300, but need it done ASAP, so I am willing to say $330 (cover the AT fee).

I want to replace an old lock with a Samsung smart lock (SHP-DH537). The door needs to be chiseled or cut out as the mortise of the new lock is bigger than the current one.
