Remove & install two smart Locks: - Remove standard, single-latch entrance door & garage door knobs (60mm backset). - Install 2x Orion Grid Connect Smart Wi-Fi Entrance Locks. - Standard timber doors. - This lock will require one small anchor hole at the top to secure the outer handle. - Ensure both locks fit flush latch smoothly into the existing door frame strike plates and lock correctly. Need the old brass knob on one interior door replaced with a lever handle lock (satin chrome or matt black). Standard Schlage tubular latch, 60mm backset, hollow-core door. Please quote full service including hardware. You must bring the new lock with you on the day, I’m not supplying anything. Need help dismantling the front door lock and replacing it with a smart lock. The door may need to be drilled or have material removed in order to fit the new lock. The smart lock will need to be fitted onto the original deadbolt if possible (since the lock didn’t come with its own metal catch/strike plate somehow).
