Replace five internal door knobs (no lock or key) with levers, and replace the lever lock at the entrance door to a deadbolt. Can either get new locks on my own or supply by you.

Replace an existing knob lock (silver color in the photo) with a new one from Bunnings (please purchase Lane Satin Stainless Steel Fire Rated K8 Series Entrance Knob Set at 67.76- I/N: 4020928 - if you can find a blackopeion fire raited then better). At the same time, re-fix the smart lock that seems not locking anymore - may be missing alignment with the sensor on th eopposite side of teh frame or not enough gap to lock correctly (the door has may be pushed or forced).

Looking for a locksmith that can replace our front door lock with a PIN code lock. We need this to be a single lever press lock meeting the following standards: D2.21 Compliance The egress opening action of a lock must be a single handed downward lever action. A pushing action is also allowed, and is preferred. Internal knobs or turn snibs are not permitted. This provision takes into account the need for an emergency opening mechanism to be operable by people with hand or arm related disabilities, burns to their hands, with perspiring or wet hands, or the aged or infirm. The opening mechanism should be capable of being operated by a nudging action whilst dragging an injured or unconscious person to safety. Key locking in not permissible on the egress side (inside) of the door. Only one lock per door is permissible. Locks must be fitted at a height of between 900mm and 1100mm from the floor level Quote is for labour, we will reimburse you for the cost of the lock itself. Lock is exposed to weather, therefore we understand some digital PIN code locks may not be suitable. We are happy with digital or manual pincodes.
